Key activation troubleshooting
Copy the key exactly — no leading or trailing spaces.
Activate on the platform the listing specifies (Steam, Microsoft account, Adobe, etc.).
Confirm your account region matches the listing's supported region.
If activation still fails, open a support ticket with a screenshot of the error message. We respond within one business day and issue a replacement or refund.
