1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or purchasing from Ventrevo you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our refund policy. If you do not accept these terms, do not use the service.

2. Digital products & delivery

All products sold on Ventrevo are digital and delivered electronically via email and inside your account dashboard, typically within 60 seconds of a successful payment.

3. Licensing

License terms for each product are listed on that product's page. You are responsible for using licenses within the terms set by the original vendor (Microsoft, Adobe, Anthropic, OpenAI, etc.).

4. Refunds

Because keys are delivered instantly and cannot be un-used, all sales are final. See our refund policy for exceptions.

5. Prohibited use

You may not resell, redistribute, or reverse-engineer any product delivered by Ventrevo without the original vendor's written consent.

6. Limitation of liability

Ventrevo is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of a product delivered through the marketplace.
