At Ventrevo, customer satisfaction is our priority. Since we operate as a dropshipping business, we work directly with third-party suppliers to fulfill orders. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund.
• After 12 hours, orders may already be processed and cannot be canceled.

2. Returns & Eligibility

• We accept returns only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
• Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories.
• Items that are non-returnable: sale items, gift cards, intimate apparel, and personalized products.

3. How to Initiate a Return

• Contact our support team at support@ventrevo.com with your order number, product details, and issue description.
• Our team will review the request and provide return instructions if applicable.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item sent).

4. Refund Process

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the refund status.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days back to the original payment method.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Replacements & Exchanges

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will offer a replacement at no additional cost.
• If the product is no longer available, you may choose a refund or store credit.

6. Lost or Delayed Shipments

• If your order does not arrive within 30 business days, please contact our support team.
• Refunds will not be issued for delayed shipments due to customs, incorrect addresses, or force majeure events.
