1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-5 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Processing times may vary during peak seasons or promotional events.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 10-20 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 5-10 business days (if available)
  • Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected.
  • Unforeseen delays, including customs clearance or high order volume, may extend delivery times.

3. Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship to the United States and select international locations.
  • Some remote areas may experience longer shipping times or limited delivery options.
  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).

4. Shipping Fees & Taxes

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination and shipping method chosen.
  • Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes, which vary by country.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email.
  • You can track your order using our tracking portal or the carrier’s website.
  • If tracking information is not updated within 7 business days, please contact our support team.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments

  • Ventrevo is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as "delivered" by the carrier.
  • If your order has not arrived within 30 business days, contact us to investigate.
  • Refunds for delayed shipments are not issued due to carrier-related delays beyond our control.

7. Address Accuracy & Changes

  • Customers must provide accurate shipping information at checkout.
  • Address changes may not be possible once the order is processed. If needed, contact support within 12 hours after placing an order.
